MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2351/1907/200/kue2c2.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cake Ulang Tahun yang agak "maskulin"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;600 cc telur ( dari telur 15, jika lebih kurangi putih telurnya)&lt;br /&gt;450 gr gula pasir halus&lt;br /&gt;60 gr coklat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;140 gr terigu&lt;br /&gt;40 gr custard powder&lt;br /&gt;50 gr susu bubuk&lt;br /&gt;250 gr mentega ( bisa campuran butter dan margarine 1:1)&lt;br /&gt;4 sdm makan kopi instant dicairkan dengan&lt;br /&gt;4 sdm air panas&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm pasta Coffee Noir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm emulsifier&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan oven pada suhu 350'C.&lt;br /&gt;Olesi mentega dan taburi terigu loyang 28 cm dibagian sisinya, bagian alasnya setelah dialasi kertas roti.&lt;br /&gt;Mentega dilelehkan,sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Ayak terigu,tepung custard,coklat bubuk,susu, baking powder 3 kali. Gunanya agar kue lebih ringan.&lt;br /&gt;Kocok telur gula dan emulsifier hingga putih kepucatan dan berjejak bila diangkat mixernya.
